Cook County: Illinois Action for Children The Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP), funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS), assists low-income working families with paying for childcare services.
Home visitation is for pregnant mothers and/or families with children from ages birth to three. Home visitors share information with families on topics such as child health, development, nutrition, and much more. They will also help connect families to other services that they may need.
