EPEL met the Avina family in the neighborhood at Learning On the Go early learning engagement opportunities three summers ago. EPEL helped the family connect to resources in the community, library programs and the school district preschool. Now this preschool graduate is starting Kindergarten at Harriet Gifford Elementary. She is Happy, Healthy and Ready for Kindergarten.
