The Early Childhood Workforce is a priority for the community. Early Care Professionals are essential to positive long-term outcomes by providing caring interactions and language-rich engaging opportunities for children necessary to prepare young children for school. 
There is a need for well-qualified early care providers in Elgin and surrounding areas. EPEL seeks to recruit and assist early childhood professionals in finding employment in high-quality childcare programs.
 
All Programs in Elgin and surrounding areas need teacher-qualified full and part-time child care professionals. Programs are also hiring for Director qualified positions and Level 1, Early Care Assistants.
